I recently learned how important it is to manage your stress levels and the weirdest part of being stressed is, it's hard to know just how stressed you are. In this episode, I talk about all the ways I personally manage my stress levels. We also talk about how to problem solve around specific issues if your stress is primarily for one reason or another (job, finances, relationship, etc).
